Oklahoma's Pledger at home on the road

Player of the Weekend - Steven Pledger The Oklahoma Sooners picked up a 63-60 road upset of No. 24 Kansas State, getting nearly half of their points from one player. Pledger scored 30 points, including 18 in the first half. There’s something about the challenge of being away from home that suits Pledger. The four highest scoring games of his career have all come away from Norman. Before Saturday's road win, Oklahoma had lost 22 of its last 23 true road games against ranked opponents.

Ricky Rubio and Kobe Bryant talking a little London 2012 trash to each other. Rubio says Bryant will get the silver, Bryant says if he wins, he wants the keys to Barcelona. (Also beefing: Derrick Rose and ... Frank Vogel.) Food Republic's Jason Kessler compares every team to something on the Cheesecake Factory menu. "Good on you, Jazz," he writes. "You’re the herb-crusted salmon of the Western Conference." Dwyane Wade posted up Rip Hamilton, but had a hell of a time scoring.

The odds had to overwhelmingly be in Chicago's favor. Down by a point with 22.7 seconds left, with Derrick Rose heading to the line to shoot a pair of free throws. The reigning NBA MVP. He was a perfect 29 for 29 from the foul line in the fourth quarter this season. As if this moment needed extra significance, it was coming against the Miami Heat, the team that downed Rose and the Bulls in last...

KTM 250 EXC

High-performance enduro bikes are always in great demand, especially if it’s to be used in competitive races like the Extreme Enduro or the E2 World Championship. When that’s the case, KTM has a solution for one of the best enduro bikes on the market today: the 250 EXC.

Built with the ideal combination of performance and weight, the serial Erzberg winner is the enduro to beat when you’re in need of a highly competitive bike. For 2012, the bike comes with improved performance courtesy of a redesigned airbox and the flow-optimized intake flange between the airbox and the carburetor that ensures improved charging with fresh gas. Together, these features result in even freer revving and even more power in all rev ranges, making for one of the most powerful two-stroke machine in its class.

In addition to the improved performance, the 250 EXC also comes with a completely revamped chassis with a new frame and the latest WP upside-down fork with wider adjustment ranges and a new setting. All the performance and suspension improvements make the 250 EXC a bike that’s practically unbeatable in terms of weight, mechanisms, and overall stability.

There’s not a lot of things about the KTM 250 EXC that speaks of mediocrity. Certainly, anybody that rides this bike will attest that it’s one of the most rounded and versatile in its class.

Video: Hyundai Veloster Rally Car knows how to play golf

We all know that Rhys Millen is adept in the art of rally car racing. What we didn’t know was that he has one hell of a golf swing too.

Well, not really. He did get some help from his trusty Hyundai Veloster Rally Car.

This video, which was shot at the Purangi Golf & Country Club in New Zealand, will show you just how a rally car can be of great help to a golfer’s game. Not only can it take the place - and be a whole lot cooler - than a golf cart, but anytime you need any help in sinking a hole-in-one, the Veloster can do the job for you.

Needless to say, you’d be hard-pressed to find a golf course in the world that will allow a Veloster anywhere near the playing grounds, but if it did happen, you can at least know what to do with it, right?

Check out the video and be treated to some bonus outtakes after the fact.
